- With a fabric measuring tape, wrap it around your head just above your eyebrows and ears.
- Pull the tape comfortably tight. Take the measurement.
- Repeat once more and go with the largest reading.

The ATLAS 4.0 is one of the first helmets to hit the road with the new ECE 22.06 safety rating.
The new cheek pads are made from sweat-wicking premium fabric and contain multi-layered foam of different densities providing enhanced comfort and a better fit for the ECE 22.06 specification. For a smoother and quieter riding experience, Ruroc removed the two top vents for a more streamlined shell.
The helmet comes with a pre-installed clear visor for road use and a secondary tinted visor for track use only. All Ruroc visors are compatible with Pinlock® inserts that can easily be installed for anti-fog protection (available from Ruroc).
