WH05DAT Shipping & Returns Policy
Standard Returns
You have the right to return items within 30 days from delivery. No hassle returns.
If it doesn’t fit right, send it back.
Exceptions:

Customised products cannot be returned.

Balaclavas cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Items that appear worn or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.
How to Return an Item

Contact us at info@wh05dat.com for instructions.

Return items in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Ensure items are unused and undamaged.
Items returned outside these conditions may be rejected or incur additional fees.
Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we will refund the amount you paid within 10 business days.

Shipping fees are not refundable, except for orders that have not yet been dispatched.
Exchanges

Exchanges are possible if the replacement item is in stock.

Contact info@wh05dat.com to reserve your replacement before returning the original item.

If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If a product is defective or does not meet your expectations, email info@wh05dat.com and we will respond within one business day.
Mistakes on our part regarding size, color, or customization will be corrected via refund or replacement.
Customised Products
Customised or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are:

Defective, or

Materially different from what was ordered
If WH05DAT makes an error in personalisation (e.g., misspelling or design mistake), you are protected and eligible for a replacement or refund.
On Receipt of Your Order

Open all packaging carefully.

Save the shipping package.

Immediately check that the product meets your expectations.
Processing Times
UK Orders

Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days.

During busy periods (Black Friday, Christmas), delivery may take up to 15 business days.

Shipped via DPD, UPS, FedEx, ParcelForce and Royal Mail.
International Orders

Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days

Shipped via DPD, UPS, FexEx, ParcelForce with small items occasionally sent via Royal Mail then transferred to your local carrier.
In some circumstances, WH05DAT may, at its sole discretion, contribute towards customs charges if contacted before delivery is attempted.
Customs fees, import duties, taxes, and clearance charges may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the customer. WH05DAT is not responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or delays caused by customs authorities. We are often happy to assist with these costs on a case-by-case basis if contacted before delivery is attempted.
If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs charges, WH05DAT reserves the right to deduct any return shipping costs, customs charges, carrier fees, and associated administrative costs from any refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds for refused or returned international shipments will only be processed once the parcel has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
If a refused or returned shipment is lost, damaged, abandoned, destroyed, or otherwise fails to reach our warehouse, WH05DAT reserves the right to deny or reduce any refund to reflect the loss incurred.
