      Terms and conditions apply:

      • This service covers Armoured Motorcycle Hoodies that was purchased in the last two years
      • Proof of purchase is required for eligibility. (Order number is fine)
      • Send us images of your damaged kit (we may require further proof of the actual crash, time, location, hospital reports, etc. these will strengthen your claim.)
      • The replacement will be the same as the original, or the nearest equivalent.
      • International postage costs incurred to ship the replacement product will have to be covered by the person making the claim.
      • In line with our commitment to sustainability, we may request the damaged item back for recycling or reuse, aligning with our company's environmental policies.
      • We assess each claim carefully, ensuring that only genuine claims are considered (our determination of claim authenticity is final).
      • We also reserve the right to reject claims that we deem to be abusive of the Crash Replacement Policy.
      • Any alterations by the owner or a third party to the garment will void your warranty.
      • Any claims must be filed within 14 days from the date of crash. Any claims filed after this time period may not be covered by the warranty.
      • This program operates at our own discretion and can be cancelled or amended at any time without notice.
