Even though I haven’t received my hoodie yet due to a delivery issue (completely out of WH05DAT’s control), I still wanted to leave a review because the customer service has been absolutely outstanding.
The team — especially Lyd and Kam — stayed in touch throughout my trip to Scotland, personally followed up with the lodge, and have been incredibly kind, helpful, and proactive at every step. They’ve already offered to resend my order to the Netherlands, completely covering any additional shipping or import costs.
It’s rare to come across a brand that takes this much care with their customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again — not just for the style, but for the way they treat people.
Looking forward to finally wearing my hoodie soon!
